I received a package from Winners the other day featuring all the new looks for spring. It couldn’t have come a moment too soon. When will this winter end? How much are we expected to endure? The good news is that spring merchandise is flowing freely into our favourite shopping spots. If we can’t wear it right now, at least we can buy it and be ready for when spring breaks (it will, honestly). Winners says the hot looks are safari, fringes, bold prints and flashy accessories.
